ROUGE BARS

Red Admiral Rouge
Description
Superfine "Jewellers' Rouge" bar for supremely high colour and scratch-free mirror finish. Available in 200x50x50mm and 125x45x35mm bars. The 200mm bars are available in cartons of 12 and 25, and the 125mm bars in cartons of 20. Semi-dry.

Uses
For use with very soft full disc loosefold buff mad from Luxol or Optal materials, to produce a mirror finish on gold, silver or silver plate.

3130 Rouge has been developed to meet the stringent criteria of some of the toughest customers in the business.
Using the finest micronised powders and the very latest in synthetic wax technology, our laboratory has produced an outstanding Rouge bar for a wide range of applications.
3130
is a moulded bar available in three different sizes to suit all users. In extensive field trials it has produced exceptional results on jewellery, silver plate and brass components.

Waxes

Wax 25

Description
Bar compound containing very fine polishing powder designed to produce highly reflective finish. Available in bars 200x50x50mm weighing approximately 750 gms each. The product is sold in cartons containing 25 bars.

Uses
Wax 25 is specially formulated to produce a highly reflective finish on most plastics, polyesters and wood veneers, maintaining a good polishing action at modest temperatures. For best results, Wax 25 should be used on soft, full disc cotton buffs.

Liquid Wax M7843

Description

Liquid Wax M7843 is a liquid version of the wax bar compound described above, utilising very fine polishing powder and a binder system designed to work at low temperatures. The product is packed in plastic pails weighing 25 kgs each.

Uses
Liquid Wax M7843 is designed to produce a "bloom-free" gloss finish on most plastics, polyesters and wood veneers. The product performs well at moderate temperatures, thus protecting soft materials. For best results, Liquid Wax M7843 should be used on soft cotton buffs of either the ventilated or full disc types.

Pumice

Description

Bar compound using soft abrasive for mild polishing action. Available in bars 200x50x50mm weighing approximately 750 gms each. The product is sold in cartons containing 25 bars.

Uses
Pumice is ideally suited for cut-down operations on thermo and duroplastics, wood or a variety of synthetic materials. The soft abrasive particles are easily fractured to present new cutting edges ensuring a full polishing action at modest temperatures. Not recommended for metal working.

Brushing Emery

Description

Brushing Emery 1205 is a long standing bar compound containing a naturally occurring coarse cutting abrasive powder. Available in bars 200x50x50mm weighing approximately 750 gms each. The product is sold in cartons containing 25 bars.

Uses
Brushing Emery is designed for use in deburring applications or to produce a brushed or lined finish on mild, stainless or exotic steels. For best results the product should be used on treated tampico or fibre brushes.
