Training Services
Training is a Philosophy which is actively pursued at all levels within our company. For our customers, and for the Industry in general, Lea Manufacturing holds training to be an essential part of our support programmes.
At the most fundamental
level, training is woven into our sales and service efforts,
as part of a
pro-active approach to problem prevention. This may take the
form of bench based training in simple analysis and control,
laboratory or plant based troubleshooting, production of regular
maintenance regimes, and preventative maintenance programmes,
any and all of which are supported by reinforcement training
to ensure skills are kept up to scratch.
Programmes developed to support our customers and products are normally tailor-made to meet specific needs. This involves firstly identifying the "skills gap", then developing the right mix of theoretical and practical training, delivered in our own facilities or "on-site", as is considered most appropriate.
