Process Improvement

At the core of everything we do at Lea Manufacturing is a immovable commitment to process improvement.

Each one of our buffing and polishing products is developed and tested at our in-house facility under realistic and demanding conditions to ensure that innovation, formulation and effective application are carefully appraised.

All the factors which can impact upon polishing results are considered; the surface temperature of a product, varying pressure, different types of polishing tools and mechanical process engineering... these are just some of the things we weigh in the balance, test and test again, to ensure that every product we produce can be counted upon for quality and proven performance.

For our customers, this means products that have been fine tuned for operational excellence, whether for automated or manual polishing and buffing processes. And to our products, we add our people - technical experts who can offer knowledge and advice to support process improvement, aid cost efficiency and help you to achieve the superior finished surfaces which will give your own products a competitive advantage.
