Polishing Bars

Polishing bars are used in both manual polishing and automatic polishing where shapes are complex and highly skilled finishes are required.

Lea Manufacturing bars have a cutting edge binder system that cleans easily and efficiently to save on downline costs.

The shape and size of our bars are purposefully designed to fit the application and process.

Polishing Pastes

Polishing pastes allow machine dosing and repeatability for large volume parts.

Our polishing pastes have an innovative binder to allow consistency in dosing and finish enabling high volume parts to look the same from part 1 to part 5000 and onwards whilst minimising rejects.

Buffs and Mops

The polishing mop is an integral part of the mechanical polishing process. Choosing the correct mop is important to give the right width, flexibility, compound adhesion and firmness to allow the polishing compound to work most efficiently.

We manufacture our own Calico and Sisal buffs but also offer a range of wheels from across Europe dependent on which type of wheel is required.
